This information is collected solely to provide the Service and generate AI-powered review responses.

We use collected and processed data to generate AI-powered review responses, provide account functionality, enforce subscription and usage limits, process payments, provide customer support, and improve the core functionality of the Service. We do not use data for advertising purposes.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card information. Stripe handles billing and payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers that are necessary to operate the Service, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and email providers for account-related communications.

We store account information, such as email addresses and subscription status, only as necessary to provide and maintain the Service. Google Reviews content submitted for AI response generation may be temporarily processed and stored to provide the requested functionality. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use secure infrastructure, encryption, and authentication systems to help protect user data. While we take reasonable measures to safeguard information, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We rely on third-party service providers including Supabase, Stripe, and email service providers. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and are only used to support the operation of the Service.
